JINGYI launched a new factory in Thailand in 2024, it is a significant milestone for our company, marking a new chapter in our growth and development. This new facility will enable us to expand our production capabilities, improve efficiency, and bring innovative products to market faster. The launch event will be an opportunity to showcase our latest technology and celebrate the hard work and dedication of our team. Factory Location

Our new factory locates in Amphur Muang Samutprakarn Province in Thailand. It is about 30km away from the city of Bangkok, about 16km away from Suvarnabhumi Airport. We are also very close to the port of Bangkok and the port of Leam Chabang, which provides us a convenience of transportation.

organisational Structure

As a new manufacturing base of JINGYI, it has 5 departments under the management of a factory manager. We have a multi-language administrator at the factory site, who speaks Thai language, Chinese and English to facilitate the daily logistics. We have production, technical and QC team to make sure we provide high standard products to our customers.

Sales team? We want to have a sole contact point for our customers, therefore, we keep the Thai factory sales representative together with the sales team in Ningbo. However, our Thai factory always welcome all of our friends and customers visiting us. Just let us know in advance, we will arrange a pick-up.

Currently, we have a team of 6 Chinese staff, a few Thai staff and around 50 Burmese workers at this new factory. Besides, we have a team of 5 staff in Ningbo standby to support.

2. Who invested in the factory?

The new factory in Thailand is a part of NINGBO JINGYI, the same president and the same top management. However, the factory has an independent operational team, which is recruited worldwide. Most of them have relevant working experience outside China.

3. Can we have a visit to Thai factory?

Yes, you can but please make sure you make an appointment with our staff before you come. We will arrange pick-up if it is not easy for you to get around.

Workshops

Currently, we have two workshops in JINGYI Thailand factory: wire extrusion workshop and manual soldering, testing and packing workshop.

Wire Extrusion Workshop

The Wire Extrusion Workshop is dedicated to transforming raw copper wire into finished bulk cable products. This process begins with the careful selection of high-quality copper wire as the primary raw material. The copper wire is then fed into advanced extrusion machines where it undergoes a meticulous extrusion process. During this phase, the wire is coated with a precise layer of insulation material, ensuring durability and safety. The extrusion process is closely monitored to maintain strict quality standards, resulting in cables that meet the highest industry specifications.

We have two extrusion equipment, one for conductor and one for coating. We also have equipment for making shielding layer both braided and spiral. Equipment for cotton braided outside cable is also available in the factory. We can do whatever patterns upon request.

21°C Constant Temperature Workshop

The 21°C Constant Temperature Workshop is a specialized facility designed to provide an ideal environment for precision manual soldering, inspection, and packaging processes. Maintaining a consistent temperature of 21 degrees Celsius ensures that the conditions are optimal for these delicate operations, which are critical to the quality and performance of our products.

In this workshop, skilled technicians perform hand-welding tasks with exceptional care and precision, ensuring that each joint meets our stringent quality standards. Following the welding, a thorough inspection process is carried out to guarantee that every product is free from defects and meets the required specifications.

Once the products pass inspection, they move to the packaging stage, where they are carefully prepared for shipment. Our packaging procedures are designed to protect the products during transit and ensure they arrive at their destination in pristine condition.
